STANISLAUS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Emergency response to COVID-19, provided technical assistance for non-profit and minority owned and represented businesses and non-profits to access critical funding
STANISLAUS COMMUNITY OUTREACH NETWORK
Outreach and network for dissemination of community information and resources to under-resourced communities
Partnered with Stanislaus County Workforce Development to identify, assist, and improve local high risk or at-risk businesses. Focusing on underserved, minority-owned, minority-represented, women-owned businesses that could benefit from the resources and services of Workforce Development.
PATHWAYS TO HOMEOWNERSHIP
On of our core initiatives of the Stanislaus CDC, set to give families on the poverty line better access to homeownership
STANISLAUS HOUSING AUTHORITY PARTNERSHIP
An affordable housing project providing counsel, technical support, and financial access to purchase homes; connecting families to Credit Unions providing a financial vehicle for homeownership
EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
In partnership with Stanislaus County, City of Modesto, and Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority including 8 financial institutions we will navigate legal, administrative, communications, and beneficiary selection for the distribution of U.S. Treasury funding. Funding approved for technical services and partner regrants totaling $200,000.
FAITH-BASED HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Church Housing Village partnership in development, building small housing units on excess land and unused church properties
MICRO-ENTERPRISE FOOD INCUBATOR
Supporting entrepreneurism as a pathway to self-sufficiency for minority and low-to-moderate entrepreneurs in our community
